These website terms do not replace a signed contract, accepted quote, purchase agreement, software license, or other written agreement with Terra. The applicable agreement controls the services or transaction it covers, including scope, pricing, payment, delivery, warranties, and remedies. Separate terms may apply within Terra Technologies™, Terra Logic™, and OnSite™ services.

Our Legal Notices describe intellectual property and material, technology, and AI limitations. Our Privacy Policy explains how information is handled.

The website helps you describe a project and request sourcing, hauling, delivery, technology, or other service information. Catalog entries, project examples, and service descriptions are informational. They are not offers to supply a particular quantity, source, specification, service level, or delivery date.

Submitting a form, receiving an inquiry reference, creating a cart, or speaking with Alex does not accept a binding order, take payment, dispatch a truck, reserve inventory, or book delivery. A receipt confirms the inquiry was recorded. Terra’s team must review and confirm commercial terms through the applicable ordering or contracting process.

Quotes and performance remain subject to their stated conditions and the applicable agreement. Do not schedule dependent work solely on a website estimate or unconfirmed requested date.

You are responsible for supplying accurate project requirements, specifications, quantities, location, and access information. Material names, photographs, descriptions, and typical uses do not establish suitability, certification, or compliance with a project specification.

Your qualified project professional should determine required quantities, design suitability, testing, and approvals. Terra reviews the requested supply quantity and confirms the proposed material, source, and commercial terms. Any required certification or test documentation must be specifically requested and confirmed. See the material and delivery notices for further limitations.

Calculator results are planning estimates based on the dimensions you enter and general density references. Actual needs vary with material source, gradation, moisture, compaction, waste, and field conditions. An added allowance does not guarantee that the quantity will be sufficient.

Stone, sand, and gravel estimates use U.S. short tons; earth material estimates use cubic yards. Estimates are not certified scale weights, measured delivered volumes, engineering designs, or price quotes. Your project professional should verify specifications and project requirements before ordering.

Terra Group LLC does not guarantee coverage, delivered weight, design suitability, or final project quantities from the calculator. Nothing here excludes liability or rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Terra Technologies™, Terra Logic™, and OnSite™ are owned by Terra Group LLC. Website descriptions of software or operational workflows do not grant a software license or promise that a feature is enabled for every customer. Access and functionality depend on the applicable agreement, configuration, permissions, and supporting services.

Alex is an AI assistant and can make mistakes. Its guidance and calculations require independent verification. Alex cannot confirm pricing, inventory, dispatch, delivery bookings, or account-specific order status, and contact details alone do not authenticate a customer.

A request for staff follow-up does not guarantee an immediate response or that a person is currently available. Do not use chat for emergencies or safety-critical decisions. See our technology notices and AI privacy information.

Use the website lawfully and only on behalf of yourself or an organization you are authorized to represent. Keep account credentials secure and report suspected unauthorized access. Do not attempt to access another person’s account or records, bypass security or rate limits, introduce malicious code, disrupt services, or misrepresent your identity.

Submit only information and files you have authority to share. You retain ownership of your submissions. By submitting them, you authorize Terra and its supporting providers to use and process them as necessary to evaluate and respond to your request, perform agreed services, and maintain related records as described in the Privacy Policy. This is not a transfer of ownership in your project documents.

Terra may restrict website access or remove submissions where reasonably necessary to address misuse, security issues, or legal obligations. A separate customer agreement continues to govern any contracted service.

Terra’s names, logos, proprietary website content, and technology are protected by applicable intellectual property rights. You may view the website and use its intended tools to evaluate Terra’s services and prepare legitimate project inquiries. Except as permitted by law or an applicable license, other reproduction, distribution, commercial exploitation, or use of Terra branding requires prior written permission.

No trademark or proprietary software license is granted by visiting the website. Third-party content, software, standards, and marks remain subject to their owners’ rights and applicable licenses. See ownership and trademarks.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the website and its informational tools are provided “as is” and “as available,” without implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. Terra does not warrant that website information is complete, current, error-free, or continuously available. Written commitments in an applicable agreement are unaffected.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Terra Group LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss, including lost profits or business interruption, arising from use of or inability to use this website or reliance on its informational tools. This website limitation does not replace the allocation of risk in a separate signed agreement.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability, warranties, remedies, or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited. No provision authorizes unlawful conduct.

Changes will be posted on this page with a revised date and apply prospectively to the extent permitted by law. They do not retroactively change an existing signed agreement. Any additional notice or acceptance required by applicable law remains required. If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to the extent permitted by law.
