Terra Group LLC ("Terra," "we," or "us") operates this website and owns Terra Technologies™, Terra Logic™, and OnSite™. This policy describes this website’s collection and use of information, including website inquiries routed into Terra Logic.

Separate Terra Logic or OnSite applications, customer workspaces, and contracted services may have their own privacy notices and agreements. This policy does not replace those notices or describe every data practice within those products. Review the notice provided with the service you use.

• Contact, project, and material inquiries: your name, email, phone number, company, preferred contact method, selected services, message, project details, material selections, quantities, specifications, delivery or pickup preferences, locations, and requested timing. Technology inquiries may also include workflow interests and the systems you choose to describe.
• Trade partner and owner-operator applications: contact and business information, trades, equipment, experience, license or transportation identifiers, and notes you choose to submit.
• Updates and merchandise alerts: your email, name where requested, and the product associated with a stock alert.
• Accounts: account and profile information used for sign-in. If you choose a supported third-party sign-in service, that provider also handles information under its own notice.
• Chat and documents: the contact details, messages, project files, and other information you choose to share through available features.

Provide only information needed for your request and that you are authorized to share. Do not submit passwords, payment card details, government identity documents, or unrelated sensitive personal information through inquiry forms or chat.

Information is used to respond to inquiries, review projects and partner applications, coordinate requested services, maintain business records, provide account access, send requested updates or alerts, and protect the website against abuse. A material inquiry or chat request does not subscribe you to marketing.

Terra personnel and service providers supporting these functions may process the relevant information. This website uses Vercel for hosting, Supabase for website data and authentication, and Resend for contact notifications. Enabled material and chat services also use Terra Logic and supporting database, storage, mapping, or AI providers as described below.

Technical information, including IP addresses, request activity, and timestamps, may be processed in hosting logs and abuse controls. Information may also be disclosed when necessary to comply with applicable law, respond to valid legal process, or protect rights and security. External sites and sign-in services have their own privacy practices.

When online submission is available, your request details are sent to Terra Logic for review and follow-up. A confirmed receipt verifies acceptance of the inquiry. If confirmation is interrupted, the request may already have been saved; retry from the same open form as instructed before starting another request.

When the form offers an email inquiry, you review and send it through your own email application. Preparing or downloading a summary does not send it to Terra.

The Discuss your project form uses your selected services and answers to prepare an inquiry for Terra’s team. Online submissions are recorded in Terra Logic when that connection is available. This form does not subscribe you to marketing, create a material order, or activate a technology service.

When online uploads are enabled, supported project files are sent to private storage and held in quarantine pending review and scanning. Uploaded files and request details may be retained as project or business records. When uploads are unavailable, the form explains how to include documents with an email inquiry.

The website uses browser storage for sign-in sessions, appearance preferences, and merchandise cart selections. These may remain until you sign out, remove the relevant information, or clear your browser’s site data. Blocking or clearing storage can affect these features.

The Discuss your project form keeps unsent details in the open page. It does not automatically save your contact information as a browser draft. Refreshing or leaving the page may clear unsent information.

Before submission, the material form keeps your entries in page memory unless you choose to save a draft on your device; enabled location searches are processed as described below. Saved drafts are valid for seven days; expired drafts are removed when the website next reads them. You can delete a saved draft from the request form. Files are not included in saved drafts. Calculator selections may be held temporarily in browser session storage to transfer them into a request.

Alex uses an essential session cookie to let the same browser resume its conversation for up to 24 hours. Avoid saving project details or leaving signed-in sessions open on shared devices. Clearing browser storage does not delete information already submitted to Terra.

You can enter an address, coordinates, or a map link manually. When address suggestions and maps are available, the search text and selected coordinates are processed by Mapbox through the website’s server. The selected address and coordinates can be included in your request and any draft you choose to save.

Use only location details needed to identify the project. A map result assists project coordination and does not establish property boundaries or access rights.

Alex asks for your permission before recording your contact details and conversation for project assistance and follow-up. When connected, contact information, messages, the source page, consent records, and timestamps are stored in the website’s systems and sent to Terra Logic.

Terra Logic’s configured AI provider processes conversation context to generate replies. This context can include your first name, company, recent messages, and relevant project summaries or tool results. Do not share information you do not want processed for this purpose. You can use the contact page instead of chat.

Ending a chat removes this browser’s access to that session; it does not delete conversation or business records. Providing contact details in chat does not verify your identity or authorize access to customer accounts or order records.

Submitted inquiries, applications, communications, and related records may be retained for follow-up, project administration, legal obligations, security, and dispute resolution. Retention depends on the record and purpose; the draft and chat session time limits above are not retention limits for server records, logs, or backups.

Technical safeguards include account access controls and private storage for enabled project uploads. No website, network, or storage system can guarantee absolute security. Contact us if you believe information has been disclosed or accessed improperly.

You can choose which optional details to provide, enter locations manually, decline chat, and delete locally saved material drafts. To ask about access, correction, deletion, retention, or another privacy right that applies to your information, contact sales@terrausa.com with “Privacy request” in the subject.

We may need to verify your identity or authority before acting on a request. Requests are subject to applicable law and any lawful recordkeeping requirements. To stop newsletter or stock-alert communications, contact the same address and identify the subscription you want removed. Do not include sensitive records in your initial message.

This website is intended for business and adult users. Please do not submit children’s personal information. Contact us if you believe such information has been provided.

Updates to this policy will appear here with a revised date. Where applicable law requires additional notice or consent, that requirement still applies.
