Kodi Avila
Kodi Avila serves as President of Operations at Terra, where he oversees the company’s day-to-day operational execution across construction, materials, logistics, and field services. His leadership is focused on making sure Terra’s projects are executed safely, efficiently, and with the level of accountability required by complex construction and infrastructure environments. With a hands-on understanding of field operations, Kodi works closely with Terra’s teams, customers, contractors, and operating partners to coordinate resources, solve challenges in real time, and keep projects moving. He plays a key role in translating Terra’s strategy into field execution while supporting the company’s continued growth and expansion across its operating divisions.

By managing both core business operations and social media strategy, Yarianna serves as a vital link in Terra’s daily evolution and long-term brand identity.

Rachel Reese
Rachel Reese serves as Administrative Coordinator at Terra, supporting the organization through day-to-day administrative coordination, internal communication, scheduling, documentation, and operational support. In her role, Rachel helps keep teams organized, information moving, and administrative processes on track across the company. Her work supports Terra’s broader operations by helping ensure that employees, leadership, and project teams have the coordination and resources needed to work effectively.

By ensuring rigorous standards in compliance, insurance, and operational alignment, Jordan builds the robust supply chain and professional network that allows Terra to execute complex projects with total confidence.
