The RPL Meta Data Center (Project Hyperion) in Richland Parish, Louisiana, represents a historic $27 billion investment and serves as the centerpiece of Meta’s global AI infrastructure.

Spanning 2,250 acres, this 4 million-square-foot campus is the largest and most advanced facility in Meta's fleet, designed to power next-generation large language models with over 5 gigawatts of compute capacity. As a key strategic partner to Mortenson and the project’s joint-venture leadership, Terra provides the high-volume supply and precision logistics essential for this mission-critical build. Our team manages the mass delivery of DOT-compliant aggregates, including #610 limestone, #57 stone, Riprap, and Sand, to help keep the structural foundation and utility networks on schedule as this transformative project continues toward its 2030 operational goal.
